Mayor Comitta presents her first "key to the city" to Lieutenant General David M. Rodgriguez, who was inducted into Henderson High School's Hall of Fame on April 6th, 2010.  Lt. General Rodriguez is a 1972 graduate of Henderson. In her remarks, Mayor Comitta said "the Key to WC's future is our citizens who chose to lead with their gifts and to leave the world a little better than they found it."  West Chester is proud to recognize General Rodriquez is one of our "key" citizens. 

Lt. General David M. Rodriguez holds the title of Senior Military Assistant of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.
