Mayor Comitta is honored to have West Chester Schramm Inc's Drill Operator, Jeff Roten as her guest for the Old Fashioned Christmas Parade. Jeff is the drill expert who led the efforts in rescuing all 33 trapped Chilean miners. He was recently honored by President Obama at a White House ceremony.  Jeff and Schramm, Inc. are West Chester's local/global heroes!
