Upon arriving at West Chester University for a meeting, Mayor Comitta came upon a wedding party taking photos and was invited to join in!  Newlyweds, Carrie and Ryan Parkin pose with Mayor Comitta, in the arch at Asplundh Hall, West Chester University, where they fell in love.  The wedding was out of town, but the couple and their wedding party traveled to West Chester to take their formal wedding portraits.  The fountain at the Historic Chester County Courthouse was where Ryan proposed.  Congratulations Carrie and Ryan!
